I'd say 18, 21, 30 and 50 would be the main ones.
Sanddancer makes a good point about truly knowing the date. But I think it's as validly irrational a criteria as any to set. I'd just accept a date that you reasonably believe is from around that date.

I suspect it's a birth year that is 30/40/50 years from the present day, hence people (like me) looking for something from said year.
Watches from 39 years before present day won't attract the same interest as one from 40 years ago, was my theory anyway.
