Well, I do see the appeal of the full frame A7, but it's rather large, isn't it? One of the reasons I'm keen on these MILC/CSC options is that they are small and light so are good for touring and hiking.
I couldn't see a 2nd hand A7 for the sort of price you're finding (but I only checked eBay). I will cogitate a bit...
