I found finding these a real arse. I bought one of these http://www.backpackinglight.co.uk/pack-accessories/UA237.html which worked fine but it's probably easier just to make them.

I have loads of webbing, cordura, tarp vinyl and even some hypalon left over from my bag making days. Also loads of buckles etc.

Might be a bit heavy duty but could sort you out some for much less than buying from point north or extremtextil.
