The new owner can T-Cut to their heart's content ;-)
The frame is made for 700c wheels with mudguards so it would probably have run 700x28mm tyres in the past.
The rims I fitted are wider so the 700x38mm tyres don't balloon as much.
This is the maximum tyre width the frame will accommodate.Vince
Very nice, Vince. Someone is going to love that. And argh those Stronglight cranks!
The paint would become bolder after a thorough session with cut & polish / T-cut, as the upper layers will have faded the most.
How did you get 38c tyres to fit? Is the frame originally for 27" wheels?
