  It was built up, the customer had some issues with the paint so the frame and forks were replaced and it's been sitting in a basement ever since (year or two possibly). My understanding is that it was never ridden and I can't find the paint issue. I can only imagine the dirt is from a bit of mould rather than riding but I may be wrong. Either way it's practically free so come and get it!

  Found this frame in a shop clearout, letting it go for a donation. Collection from Leighton Buzzard or London Euston if there's real commitment to taking it. One small scratch. You might have to look up the specs and XS sizing details yourselves as I have limited knowledge of the frame, I just don't want to see it scrapped.
