Got some work done today. New ring, a CX1 38t. Will change cassette to a 11-42 which will give me a gear inch range of 25,6-98. The original 2x setup that had 26,8-124, but I don't need those big gears, so happy get rid of the front derailleur. Think it looks pretty sharp too.
Swapped the headset bearing cover for a black one, just need to wash off the logos with acetone.
Waiting for new wheels – Easton Heist 24 – which should be a nice upgrade.
