We had our flat valued to get a Buy To Let back in May, we're doing the rental ourselves rather than using an agency to save on fee's etc...
Nearly a year later, I am still getting calls from fucking Foxtons telling me that my flat is in a desirable area if I'm looking to sell.
Absolute wasps the lot of them!
