In powermeter News. Mine is still in German customs. Cant believe I paid over £30 postage to have it sit around.
Everything has come together nicely after over-Cooking myself in Mallorca. I feel recovered, and all the niggles have died Down. While I've actually still been moving forward With my training (albeit carefully). I've moved from epic amounts of sweetspot, to adding in threshold intervals, and just now to a few 3 - 5min supra threshold intervals. It would be a really good time to test myself. Grrrr.
I'm a cronic over trainer though. So when the endless days start. I'll likely just ride myself into the ground again..........
