  • I still can't figure out why no company has already created a head unit based on Android that really works without issues, for example the TwoNav units are Android based, but their software is still crap (lacks many Average data fields, problems displaying power...)

    I'm a software developer, and understand what a Minimum Viable Product is and why sometimes things get out with many details to "polish", but in a company with lots of money to invest in quality assurance in the release lifecycle.... maybe the bosses are greedy, maybe they are stupid, maybe both but they still keep selling a lot so they keep it going.

    My Edge 705 is on its second battery and still going strong. I fear upgrading to something newer from everything I've heard.
