In other news remembered I got stopped mid run yesterday by another runner to compliment me on my choice of top (Ashmei sold on to me kindly by @andy_k). Was a first, didn't know what to say back. /csb

Stopped? Whilst running? Nothing and no one should stop you for any reason! ;)

Agreed. I don't think he intended me to stop but as I couldn't tell what he was saying at first I paused to listen better.

I got stopped on Saturday by someone asking if was safe to go through a field full of cows.
