Feeling it this morning. Worth it tho. Great company, great ride, if bit chilly on the descents.
Dunno what was in that flap-jack @rhowe but it must be on thew WADA banned substance list, thought we were going to lose you before you "took it".
Good to have you along @Danners, that was some impressive beasting of those hills.
@jonny you were missed dude, tho about half way up Ranmore I did think you'd made the right call.
