Pads on the Zipps are huge and super comfy. Be aware that the zipps come in 2 models... one that mounts the extension above the bar, and one that mounts it beneath the bar. Above the bar mount appears to be more common in stores and is what I have, however the whole assembly has quite a high stack. I now want to go lower and find myself having to buy the low mount version because my stem is already slammed.
