what's the go to light weight (not extortionate) disc hub?

Novatec?

Also why not the OTP Spline DB 23 wheelset?

Can't seem to find them anywhere at a reasonable price - about 400 euros most places.

Whereas I reckon I could get the Novatecs + r 640b rims built for about £180 which seems like a good deal..
