It looks like the correct movements. They all worked fine for a while but now they start moving around in there. This one has the least amount of play (only one I got at work):

Are they definitely the correct movements for the watch?
If that is the only issue, you might be able to bodge something. I picked up a franken sieko once that actually had paper to pad out the gap in between case and movement!
