Tudor - Lovely. 28 months isn't very long ago since last service as these watdhes are well sealed (assuming they are telling the truth).
Omega 1 - Nice. I'd like to see the movement and inside of case back. Crown looks like a replacement. I wonder just how clean it is. I would have thought £300 tops.
Omega 2 - Overpriced, even with a recent service.

Without wanting to bore everyone shitless with my search, I've had a trawl though email for Omega and Tudor to start and these have caught my eye (and the sellers have been responsive).
Unfortunately I think the Tudor will probably go over my budget and I think I'd be more comfortable with a more modern Omega than the first from a parts POV.... but I do love the numerals and the syringe hands. Not sure about the grey pubes - but I guess it's an old watch.
The second seems like it might be a better punt.
