I've got a Pompino v4 frame. I'm running a Sugino Messenger crankset (44T) with a 103mm BB as recommended by Sugino. I use a thin spacer with my 18T Dicta freewheel and it looks dead straight to me. No noise, smooth as butter. Does that help?
