Thanks @pdlouche, I've just checked the website so I'll double check the height of my BB on my Mataro to see if it's allowed or not (I prefer running clipped rather than strapped, more security and it's better for my knees) and if it isn't, then I guess I'll just have to hire a bike

They actually have bb height restrictions at HH?
Considering many top riders have used up to 180 cranks at indoor velodromes (I believe Mr Hoy rides 170) I wouldn't think it was an issue. The chances of pedal strike are pretty much non existant at HH I would think especially as that archaic rule was made in the days of wider pedals.
First go to induction, then they will direct you to the track skills session that you don't need accreditation for.
Use the bikes at HHV, but there are specs on the site for what's allowed.
Recommend you wear comfortable clothes for induction, and proper cycling kit for track skills.
