10mm longer stem, saddle 10mm forward, and say 6mm up.

This is basically how I changed position from my BMC to my Felt. Something to do With my squat form caused similar issues in the drops.

How are you living with P2M rotor then? There is Quark 4 bolt which is compatible with shimano rings ..

It works but shifting in the Kinesis isn't great though. I don't know why but I've had to reindex a few times since new cables, cassette and chain went on. I had a closer look at the 105 derailler the other day and noticed it moving sideways on its pivot a bit so it's possible I've just worn it all out again. I tend to do that to stuff, unfortunately.

how about 6 of these - enough for you to take a (shallow) bath in, and after the first can you wont notice the difference between them, or anything.

Not in my experience, I have a spare pair of 52/36 Praxis if you want to experiment?

Mine always shifted fine.

Though I've never experienced dura ace rings shifting.
