geo looks indeed weird as. and seeing you have a 700c air fork lying around, you could try to see if it looks more logical?
That did cross my mind but looking at the bb height, with the 650c fork it is already pretty high, especially compared to the Tommasini. Putting a 700c fork in would make is abnormally high no?
well yes. i reckon just measure it to be sure.
interwebz says 280mm for a track bike is normal. measure from ground to middle of bb shell.*
