Do I need HDMI? Thinking if there's enough Cat6 then I could use something like this

USB, meh. Will run phono and coax within rooms I think, but I think I'm more Sonos than a proper audiophile so likely I'll not need to run too much apart from data around the house...
Anything else I'm missing while the laminate is being replaced. Underfloor heating already on the list.
