  • You can train your willpower. I found thinking something negative about "bad" food whenever I saw it was good for resisting the office snacks. So someone puts a stack of doughnuts out and I would think "those things will kill me". Made it a lot easier to resist.

  • Cheers. I've been thinking about it for a few days and have come to an 'unfortunate' conclusion.

    Sober = Willpower

    Drunk = All the pizza I can order online and moar beer!

    So... No beer on skoolnites seems to be the best way and maybe some mini pizza's in the freezer.

    Which is a right sod because I really like the taste of ale and craft stuff. :(
