I confess to unbridled curiosity as to what Stumpy is.
I've ridden passed it a zillion times before I noticed it. It is utterly incongruous with its surroundings.
It has crossed my mind to approach the concierge at Anchorage Point to ask them, but I fear that at entry level of £0.5 mil for a two bed flat, they're not going to be jumping at the opportunity to release the auto-door lock to someone clad in lycra that has just rung their doorbell....ETA
