Finally got around to fitting mudgaurds. Perfect timing for Bogfest™ in the weekend and today's rather depressing weather.
Fork crown mounting bracket needs a bit of work. Current hack is a bit flimsy and maybe mud flaps still need trimming. I swapped front and rear mudguard stays to allow for bending around the front disc brake caliper, I think that worked well. Fork dropouts had plenty of space around the QRs, so I just drilled and tapped them for mounting the stays.
