Is it possible to buy bearing races for a solid rear track axle with cartridge (sealed) bearings?
Have a look on @Scilly.Suffolk 's Yokel Motion 2 build, the bearing seats you need are the same although you'll obviously need different spacers and a longer axle.

The bearings are 60010.
I am trying to convert a disc wheel for track use, and I've done it before, but can't remember how I got the parts last time. I think someone gave me some bits and pieces which worked with a standard solid rear axle.
