Also my issue, rode about 200 miles last week, been eating like a horse this week because I can (I can't).
I'm sure I've read stuff about weight loss actually being harder to maintain when you're doing a large amount of training, as you're constantly putting yourself in a calorie deficit. The body responds by making you hungry all the time.
That's the best excuse I've seen yet for me being fat.
