Got emailed pictures of half marathon from the weekend, despite a good time, they show that I definitely have flubber to go, might by them and stick them on the fridge and phone to remind me that I really don't need half a packet of biscuits, ever. Think I've got into the mind-set that because I'm training hard it doesn't matter what I eat, and this really isn't the case!
This is me exactly.
I dont fill my clothes out anymore. I actually feel super skinny. But then I see a photo of myself from an event and realise I'm a long way from slender cyclist build.....
its more the bulge around my waist that bothers me!
also that picture is the fault of poor even photography, its the reason why pros are in the finishing chute or take the picture before the person crosses the finish line, every triathlete ever stops their watch as they cross the finish line.
