I am mega unmotivated at the moment. Been doing a small-portion low-carb week/whatever weekend since new years and not noticing any real difference except perhaps less hunger cravings/afternoon slump. Should probably put batteries in the scales and measure things properly but I'm wondering if I need to cut out weekend beers and carbs too :(
