Fixed the link, I hope. And yep, was a hollowtech 2. Got a Tiagra one in there now but spotted this thing the other day and was curious.

If there's one thing you should avoid even more than ceramic bearings, it's cheap ceramic bearings :-)
Shimano BB-R60 is the #tester_approved HT2 BB, cheap enough to be considered a service item. If you want it to come out easily, use Copaslip on the threads. I mean, use Copaslip anyway, but I've had stuff come out like new which has been put together with Copaslip two decades earlier. Ordinary lubrication grease will wash out and/or dry out much sooner, as you have discovered.
