  • One of the nicest women in London has had her bike stolen from Sydenham.
It is a stripped Kona (one of a kind).
This bike is an old friend, she has had it for years.
IF YOU SEE iT GET iN TOUCH !!!

  • Posting for a clubmate. Stolen from Upper Street last night at around 8pm. All stock apart from a 3T seatpost and two stickers that say "I ride for Gamma" which cannot be easily removed.

  • So my lovely almost new 58cm red Specialized, down below (seat changed to black) was stollen last night at 11:15pm just outside LSE Passfield Halls. Couldn’t really identify the thief from the CCTV as it was very unclear but would really appreciate any help locating and retrieving it. Just let me know asap if you spot it around!
    Cheers!

  • Long shot... Is there any one on here from Turku Finland? My uncles bike just got stolen from a university, old Trek road bike with carbon tubes like a Vitus.

  • I had my Cannondale Synapse stolen in East Finchley on Saturday, 54cm frame, black&white 2015 model with Shimano dual pedals. I've reported it to the police and am bracing myself to fight with the insurance company, but thought I'd post here in case anyone sees any dodgy sales adverts for the same model on the internets.
Bicycle thieves should be dipped in toffee, rolled in popcorn and left for the seagulls on Brighton beach. Then thrown into the sea.

Also, @Aches have you tried asking on Yksivaihde, the Finnish fixie/SS forum? http://www.yksivaihde.net/site/foorumi/

  • Never heard of it but passed the link on, thank you.

  • I've had my beloved steed stolen. It's a Cube Hyde Team black with internal hub gears and disc brakes. It also has a unique modification a blue taped cross bar fixed between raised bar ends. Unless the thief is a complete f*ckwit he'll have removed it, but it's still a rare make in London, so...

  • Gutted beyond words, just realised someone broke into my shed to nick 2x bikes that were attached together with a motorbike chain and probably carried the bikes over 4x terraced house gardens, my MTB was a YT Capra Pro 2014

Bike was stock, with helitaped frame and few dents in the rear wheel.

The other bike was dark green Sunn Dronn with a flat bar.

    Happened in E9 Hackney

  • Found this Dutch style "Rambler" branded bike today, abandoned near Forest Hill. It seems well loved and looked after so would be nice to find the owner.

  • My tatty trusty white Fuji Classic was nabbed from outside my front door whilst I slept last night. In a secure (or so I thought) block in deepest E1. Would love to be re-aquainted, but I know the chances are slim. Badly covered in shit stickers with a trashed saddle, a strange choice for a thief, but I guess it was dark. Hit me up if you spot it. Cheers.

    Please excuse the crappy pics...

  • Cavell Street / Ford Square area. Thanks

  • That's where i live, will keep my eyes peeled.

  • Very close to me, eyes on lock

  • My bike was burgled from my house today. Black Kona with yellow decals. Fat Continental Rubber Queen tyres. Several spacers to make the handlebars quite high. Very recently sprayed so it looks brand new. If spotted please do whatever is necessary - call the cops, and let me know. etc
    Cheers,

  • House burgled this afternoon in Dalston/London Fields. The thieves ignored my B but stole my laptop and my Kona mountain bike. Keep an eye out for this unique black mountain bike with high handlebars raised with lots of spacers and fat Continental Rubber Queen tyres.

  • House burgled this afternoon in Dalston/London Fields. Unique Kona mountain bike recently sprayed so looks new. I bought this originally in 1991 so it has loads of sentimental value.
The handlebars are quite high with lots of spacers and fat Continental Rubber Queen tyres.
Whatever it takes - call the cops or grab the bike if you see it.

  • Sorry for the duplicate posts - I didn't realise my image was too big so I kept trying to repost.

  • Sorry to hear about your Kona Brian, are you aware of bikeshd? It's a website which aggregates online bike classifieds. You can set up a search with filters for your Kona, so if someone tries to sell it online you should get an alert, good luck....

  • This wheeze was around a few years ago, shame it's been going on again:

Just as a renewed warning. Make sure to check the structural integrity of the stand you're locking to if there's tape on it.

  • has anyone got his condor stolen? saw that just now at st Ann's shopping centre in Harrow on the hill.
