Okay, update time:
A lot of stuff has arrived. Columbus air frames have arrived! They are so pretty, I didn't realise how skinny the tubes were.
So, it appears that the track fork doesn't have a long enough steerer to fit the Tommasini but the bio bike does so it will be getting that one instead, not perfect so I'll probably try and get one made.
The seat post situation hasn't worked out as planned. The Shimano 600ax one arrived however it is a little too fat to fit in. I'm contemplating filling off 1mm on each side to make it fit. The post is really thick so it shouldn't make a difference structurally.
I've gathered most of the parts I need now for the initial build, I'll take some pics later today. Still waiting on the cranks and picking up a set of c-record pedals tomorrow. I'll be heading to Muswell Bike Jumble tomorrow so I'll be keeping my eye out for anything which takes my interest.
