I can't believe you don't know this already...
This is your life now.

You signed up for it: this is now your 'fun'.

Don't, you'll get me started again...
Well into them, also getting quite strangely drawn to pale marble.
Oh god, I just can't decide. -

Anyone got a car and want to drive to Wales? I'll make the coffee :)

Shotgun!
(I'm guessing just loads of sealer/treatment stuff to prevent warping).
I really need to get my bathroom plans nailed down... -

The mrs is working on a proposal for Wickes, so I'm hoping that if it happens we can feature and get our bathroom for free...right?

never bathing
-

My brother spent a small fortune on putting his bathroom into his house and NEVER used the bath once.
The shower got a fair hammering, and me and the missus used the bath for the first time when we were visiting some years back.

Can't beat a bath after a day of tough physical exertion...

Fuck that - massage and a shower.

I can design and make such a steel framed / timber sink thing if you'd like.

Holy cow that Sofa and that Table! Amazing work.
Would you mind sharing ball park prices of those items? -
• #5794
Late response: Presumably some marine-grade teak or something like that might work? Or ask a boat builder what sealant/finish they'd use?
It's really nice. But I hope whoever has that bathroom is a bit of an exhibitionist, because that door ain't gonna shut past the sink unit!

Thanks pal. The sofa was a one-off, when I do another it'd be entirely different. The dining table is around £850 depending on timber choice and size.

Pretty bloody good pricing i'd say! I meant this table.... "Tall table in oak and steel." But yeah, good price.
Think you could make something as small as this?

Sure. Like an actual PC case, or just something that size?
-
• #5798
An actual PC case. Just like that but a bit shorter and fatter.
-
• #5799
Maybe, but it'd be so labour intensive getting all the components laid out it'd end up costing a lot. I could clad an existing box if you could find something suitable though.

Yeah, suspected as much, time for me to buy some metal working tools I fear...
