that's just for 2 weeks, I tend to gorge on carb heavy food and I found when I switched to high fat/protein low(ish) carbs diet late last year I only ate 3x a day, felt better and more energetic and lost about 8-10kg but then christmas came and I reverted to all carbs all the time and now i'm back to eating shit every day.
the 2 weeks no carbs thing just helped me get things out of my system, and really it just means no carb-heavy food not zero carbs
pulling the emergency cord and going back on my zero carb 2 week test maffetone thing to reset and get myself back on the sensible eating wagon.
well starting from tomorrow, i bought 2 choux buns to see myself off properly tonight.
