Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I believe my riding had nothing to do with how this situation ended.

It's entirely possible to ride in a manner to prevent this situation from happening again.

Instead of shouting twice, just squeeze the brake and slow down, peds still have priority over you once they're on the road.
