  • Any premium members use the Fitness & Freshness chart ? When upping distance and intensity I tend to over train and get a cold/flu/infection. Hoping to use the F&F chart to persuade me to keep a lid on it.
    I've used the similar Performance Management Chart in Training Peaks when training for a half marathon last year.

    Logging my commutes with heart rate now to get a more accurate picture. However as i've not logged this data before my form is way down and fatigue way up. How long should I give it for it to 'normalize' out

    Edit - I could get a better picture by putting in an 'average' suffer score for previous commutes, but it doesn't appear as though Strava lets you do this in the same way Training Peaks let's you add TSS ?
