I was taught by @Doctor_Cake of this here parish:
- Get a pan like this one, start off with no lid whilst frying..
- Whack a bit of veg or sunflower oil in, like a tablespoon and get it medium hot.
- Add frozen dumplings and fry on each side until crispy.
- Grab the lid and have it ready, splash a couple of tablespoons max of water in the pan and whack the lid on. Steam through for 3-4 minutes.
