The 72° head angle is so that the platform on the fork is level, so not the end of the world if it's not.
In the description he says it has "properly designed rake" so I reckon that's accounted for.
That make sense but also quite limiting than just ensuring that's there's enough rake to compensate and be able to adjust the rack to be levelled or slightly sloped.
