That looks far more complicated than a cargo bike need be.
If you're going to be riding with big loads (>50kg) frequently, I'd recommend the Bullitt over the Omnium.
If, on the other hand, you'll spend alot of time riding it empty, or with smaller loads, the Omnium is more manoeuvrable and alot of fun to ride.

@Jon. - Omnium was never on my wish list as the load level is too high.
That Douze direction is done by cables and not a bar like the Bullitt. You can also split it in two. And it is french made.

I was joking. I've done about 1,500 miles on a bullitt in hilly Bristol and i definitely rate them highly. That Douze thing does look way more complicated than it needs to be as Jon said
Bullitt ride like a normal bicycle that happen to be a bit long.
Find a Bullitt and test ride it (if you have test ridden the Douze).
I rate Bullitt very highly too, was impressed with how it ride.
