Still easier than Alpha Deathclaws (which is the 2nd easiest).

There's 8 variation of the Deathclaws not including the Legendary one.

Is "Legandary" just a standard multiplier on all base stats regardless of enemy type?

Unknown. 1 or 2 up from the default. Need to push it more I think.

Yeah starting from scratch make it much more of a challenge when you're at level 1.

Yup, the harder the difficulty, the more likely it'll spawn.

This is useful to get legendary items, even if you don't need it, they can be sold for a decent amount of caps (or give to companion).

Yep it's a better fps than NV and FO3 but a worse RPG in that respect

I remember doing pistols only to save ammo for "just in case", but end up near the end of the game with stupid amounts of grenades etc, so just cained the end boss, much like @Brun saying about the new one. I need to get Windows on my mac quick so I can play it!
