I'm going to ask a question now which you may not like.
Due to lack of bikes, I've been commuting on my KG241, which I don't want to do. But in terms of comfort on 23s, it's all I need. I want a cheapish work/winter bike and there's some 2015 Cinelli Experience knocking about which look OK. Conveniently ignoring all other variables, do you think I will ever achieve similar levels of comfort with the Cinelli on 25s or 28s, or must I buy steel or titanium or summat? Please help, I'm boring myself poring over different options.

My Condor Italia pub bike is Alu with a carbon fork and it's one of the comfiest bikes I own (I've got very high end steel, comfort carbon and big tyred cross) - might be to do with the cheap padded saddle, bendy old handbuilt wheels, flat pedals and trainers and worn out 28c contis though.

Dunno mate, I commute on my kg281 and its the perfect commuter for me. I've got 25s on it and that's lovely. If you've got a nice bike you might as well ride it. I've got my kg381 reserved for long rides in good weather

Bit worried about the 15 year old piping! Maybe unnecessarily, but commute is quite rough in places.

Thoughts on the recent look offerings, in particular the 765 and 675 ? As the 765 is the cheapest option, I presume it's Taiwanese rather than from Look's Tunisian factory ?
