  • 7 minute bumps in the road?

    My plan is to ascend 1500m up dalsnibbe in 85mins. I need to lose like 2.5 kg and gain like 15w on last year. Totally doable. To be honest I only need 8 mins.

    My weight loss may have stalled. But I'm not doing as much weights, and zero contact rugby. So hopefully it happen pretty naturally as the winter Fucks off.

  • Have you had your appendix removed? Get rid of that for some easy weight loss.

    I doubt you need two kidneys either.
