as soon as my sore calf is better (will see when i run this weekend) I have a shit ton of miles to do up until april and beyond. most of which are meant to be done at 9.5/10 min/mile pace, you're always welcome to get involved.
having someone to talk to helps me keep it at the prescribed easy/conversational pace as well and not speed up.
@amey How long did it take? Was it literally 1 kilo a week sort of thing.
Main thing is I no longer have cravings for bad food and snacks and am enjoying the exercise. it's just that I'm bored and it hasn't even been 3 weeks. It's a long ass jourey.
