Were you looking around Crystal Palace? The clues work pretty well for there too, although as it wasn't really rebuilt I don't think it is phoenix like.

You're good at this.
The clues work exceptionally well if you happen to have a copy of a book called The Phoenix Suburb.
Which a very good book about history of The Crystal Palace, it's fiery demise, and the re-generation of the surrounding area.
I'd recommend it. I think you'd probably enjoy it.
Hilltop, disused railway (no bridges, but a couple of tunnels) John Logie Baird's experiments in the 30's and the present day transmitter - it's all there.
But my brain kept telling me your picture of the bridge was wrong for CP. -

Swear I spotted someone eyeing up new tag locations in Stepney last night.
-
• #17156
That what3words is brilliant.
I have a feeling that not every location is done by algorithm though - the front door of 10 Downing streets location is: input.caring.brain

• #17158
Not easy as heck for me, I have no idea! Any chance of a clue, as it's been over a week now?
-
• #17159
Funny, I thought it was sort of your neck of the woods, but I suppose you are a bit more North by North East of it, guess we'll just have to keep you in suspense for a bit longer.
-
• #17160
Is that a clue?
-
• #17161
More of a direction (or perhaps misdirection?).
-
• #17162
No idea here neither.
- It is wooden.
- It has moved from somewhere (Shoreditch?) to somewhere else.
- The 'somewhere else' is south-southwest of @Fox.
- May or may not be related to suspension (bridges, cranes, garotted criminals, etc.)
Pleeeeease can someone elaborate on one of those four suspicions?
- It is wooden.
-
• #17163
It is made from stone. Has been moved from its original location. Displayed in a park.
I would get a what3words, but at work.
-
• #17164
North by north east is a botched Hitchcock reference isn't it?
-
• #17165
Presumably deliberately botched. My guess is that this sculpture underwent a case of mistaken identity, or location, hence why it has been moved.
-
• #17166
While you were all replying I was busy working it out - I now know what it is, where it was, where it is now and why it was moved.
I did think @middleofnowhere was making Hitchcock references and yes he was.
There's definitely enough clues now, I don't think revealing a what3words is a good idea as that would totally give it away!

Gonna be going past this in an hour or so...

Old tag above was at Leonard St/Paul St EC2 for a number of years before it was moved to Shoreditch park.

A V2 blew up the streets that were where Shoreditch park is, I think ...

North by north east is a botched Hitchcock reference isn't it?
Yep, I should have written North by Northeast, in reference to Hitchcock's North by Northwest, tho none of them are actual compass directions.
Hasn't the new one bin-dun? By which I mean "not another ping pong table". But good luck playing outdoor table tennis in this weather.
-
• #17173
Don't think the new one has been done before. If it is where I think it is.
-
• #17174
I seem to remember reading that somewhere too. A direct hit of a gasworks I think it was. Boom!

Museum of London seems to suggest that it was 'just' houses
http://www.museumoflondon.org.uk/collections-research/laarc/community-excavations/shoreditch-park-community/Still boom though.
@dave4 missed the Snickers (or just didn't fancy taking candy from a bush). I was hopeful a trend of leaving a small treat for the next tagger might take off. I retrieved it yesterday, otherwise it would just be littering.
