I also have a spare set of DA 7800 cranks and a spare set of S-Works cranks that I could throw a P2M at but if I'm building up a new 'ultra-racing machine' soon it's likely I'll get rid of the Kinesis in which case I'll already have a 172.5mm P2M available.
What I probably should do is sell off all these spare cranks and use that little pot to fund the new P2M+Rotor and Zipp disc setup.
Which is why I put the Shimano 4 bolt P2M on the Time Machine, in order to move the 5 bolt SRM onto the new bike that will be 1x11.
