had an ace run yesterday morning despite slightly missing the target pace, mileage is creeping up (27 miles last week on top of 6hrs on the bike and 3 in the pool) and beginning to see the benefits of it.
My plan said 1:10 with 37 minutes @ 4:12 and 33 @ 3:58 actually did 4:15 and 4:05, up to 1:20 this week with a similar split and the same paces and then 1:30 the week after, hope its enough to get me down to 1:25 for Wokingham which I plan on tapering in to and not riding 130k the day before!
