Seconded. Nice but a bit pricey, as the old saying goes.

Cheers.First time I've broken anything other than my pelvis so wasn't sure if it's just a similar case of htfu and painkillers. Will shuffle over to a&e on monday after their drunken weekend rush has abated : /

Don't bin them, any other option would be better - what kind of personal sales do you have out there, boot sales? Anyway an equivalent to a garage sale out here.

Who sells Merino V-neck jumpers that will fit the male climber's physique*...and don't look shit?

Uniqlo? Maybe, I would need to lose 20kg to check.

On the longlist, but I'm sceptical about any that taper into the cuffs. I Loathe baggy sleeves.

Could try icebreaker. I have some lovely stuff from them but as above, I'd be needing to drop 18kg to check.

Check Howick, not sure if they have merino, but they fit tight on my skinny arms

I recently broke my 5th metatarsal and couldn't even think about moving my foot without being in agony for a month. The fact you're still standing means it probably isn't broken.

Def uniqlo. I am similar build and they are a staple in my wardrobe.

last summer, and I was off my feet for 6 weeks in all, and 6 months later I still can't run or walk for too long.

Sorry to hear. Just now my mid foot is okay for cycling a day but hurts when walking each step.

I've got a fuckoff big hard lump where there shouldn't be one and it's still swollen after 2weeks so think it's more than a sprain, but can hobble about/creep up ladders so definitely not cataclysmic. How'd you break yours?
-
• #73698
Defo get it checked out then, at the very least you'll get some decent drugs.
There's a ligament that goes down your leg and attaches to your 5th metatarsal. I twisted my ankle inwards, that ligament got pulled tight and cracked some bone off.

If it hurts and what you are doing day-to-day hurts then you need to stop it and get treatment. Which might just be a "strap on" cast. If you continue without treatment/rest it will heal but take many times longer but then you probably knew that really. My sprained ankle which I didn't look after still niggles me after more than a year.
