I need the 3 hole adaptor kits. Should have bought a new set of pedals and cleats not 2nd hand... Any ideas I can't find any uk sellers.

I've probably got a spare set if you can't find any.

Edit: maybe I'll just buy a new set as I need a second set of pedals, then I'll get the adaptor...

I used this as an adaptor. So I have some lying around. I used the wedges though.

A few vids on Youtube of people using large syringes in lieu of a greasegun.

Has anyone tried this? Do syringes have different sized "nozzles"?

Weldtite grease gun is cheap on CRC and works fine

I use a syringe. Works great no problems so far. Bit of a pain getting the grease into the syringe though

Doing my old bonts too, as a back up (I did test a bit on these).

You can buy replacement inserts for bonts. I bought 9 (they come in packs of 3). Then realised I could reuse the inserts already in the shoe. The important thing is to make sure the New holes arent too Close to the existing holes, or so far back as to cause issues getting the cleat flat. Then you need to find the right bolt length. Which wasnt as easy as it sounds. Well happy now though.

I drilled a small hole in the back of my ENVE road bars while I was in the mood. Risky day.

I don't see why it wouldn't work, but little grease guns are only a few quid.
