My front derailleur is fouling the mudguard by about 1.5mm. Which braze on adapters hold the mech furthest forward on the chainring?
As in, towards the front wheel.
Usually advise against that as it may actually affect shifting.
What about putting a spacer on the chainstay bridge to move mudguard away from it?
It won't space any further as the tire is already tight under the guard.
