Entered that. Only problem is, I don't upload my rides to Strava. Oh well. :P

There's always the option of buying DIY/Perm cards in bulk and validating that way...
I don’t use Strava can I still take part? Unfortunately this makes it
difficult for us to track you. If you would like to use homemade
checking cards just as they did in 1911 or send us copies of ,or links
to, completed Audax verification then that could work. -

I think Steve A will have me well and truly beat so I don't actually see much point but it's another little thing that might get me out when I otherwise would've stayed at home sinking beers.

Go for it. Great fun if you can get a few people to ride with you a few times throughout the day. Take plenty of food and prepare to be knackered for about a month after.

Was kinda bummed about not getting into Transcontinental, but have just sent my entry for Transatlantic Way so can look forward to that. Anyone else racing it?

I'll be in Ireland.

Did anyone here get into TCR?
-
• #385
I did and I presume @skinny and @Keiway#152 did.
Last year people dropped out so there will definitely be spaces.
There's also the option to just turn up (Mike Hall approved of this) and they may even give you a tracker - which did happen to somebody last year.

Yeah I am.
See you there Joe! (holla if you want to shoot ideas)

That looks great. Love riding in France.
There's just too many options for rides! It's hard enough fitting in an SR and racing a TT season.
Still, if our company continues on its current path I might have a lot more time on my hands next year.

Not quite Ultracycling, but more evidence that the charity rides are getting bigger and bolder. Something more than just a Pedal To Paris in 24h kind of thing.
Just got an email from Parkinson's UK (I'm doing the Brighton Marathon through them) about climbing all 3 Ventoux climbs in a day.
http://www.parkinsons.org.uk/content/ventoux
The Club des Cinglés du Mont-Ventoux has been on my to-do list for a long time and I'm not going to do an organised charity version like this. When I get around to doing it I'd rather do it on my own terms and without additional support or cheerleading, and probably involving riding quite a way to get there/back in the first place.

Hi, between 10-14th june 2016 an event called "Born to Ride" will give us the chance to ride from Vézelay (France, Morvan near Paris) to Barcelone (Spain) in under 96 hours.
I'll be in... Any advice welcome!

Oh yeah, as usual I'd be heading in the complete wrong direction.
day 3: tapas & cava (see also: http://www.driftwoodjournals.com/10-best-craft-beer-bars-in-barcelona-an-inside-guide/)
Order online and the price is more reasonable. :)
Screw my local.
