Tommy's variation from winter to summer was far more extreme, from 150-odd in the winter to well over 300 in the summer.

He also did 361 miles in 18 hours at one point in the summer.

On a rolling 5 day average, Tommy was at one point below 150 miles,and at another over 300.

Glad I added that sheet now ;-)
