Can anyone help with some suggestions for my stealth bike project?
Am after a 10 speed campag compatible wheelset in black, with black hubs, black rims and black aero spokes, probably new and ideally minimal logo unless...errr...black...
Cheers

Budget?

Hmm yeah, under £300. Not ideal, I know but...

Destickered Cosmic Elite ticks all the boxes, but you might do better rolling your own, you'll probably get some decent suggestions in the wheel holding thread.

Than it's probably the same bike. Sold by a guy from Lokeren (Marc), he has 200 vintage bikes, I guess.
What is the seatpost diameter? If it's 27 or more, SL is possible.

Fulcrum Racing Quattro LG is in budget, all black and fashionably wide. If they had launched them a few months sooner I'd probably have picked them over the DT R24. You'd need to ask somebody who has a recent Fulcrum wheel about how easy they are to de-sticker, but they look like vinyl. There is also a "road wheel recommendation" thread if you want more suggestions of ready made wheels.

That Concorde is one of my favourite forum bikes

Yep, it's 27.2.
I try my best not to get bikes that aren't 27.2. Don't like italian or french threads either, but sometimes that happens also. -

Rack's done. Next up is rear disc tab, then powder coat and rebuilding with mudgaurds. I am thinking about flouro yellow colour, black decals and black saddle.

That rack looks neat! Is it custom?

Thank you. Yes, I made it myself.

Get rid of the brown bits and put low profile rims on.

that's the spirit, what don't kill you makes you stronger
black would have looked nicer imho, saw you gave a tenner for the frame set, I gave 20 euro for this, freecycle wheelset,
sold it and bought me first colnago

Beautiful, but technically the sweep goes the wrong way. Designed by the art department, not the engineering department :-)

Beautiful, but technically the sweep goes the wrong way.
Simple solution: put the cranks on the other side!

The text also looks elvish.
I think your missing the original inner ring.
I checked about a year ago that you get a ~42mm chainline with a 111mm ISO bb.
That Gautheron is nice! Fade job done by yourself?
What are those wheels? HF Mack hubs on Miche Pistard rims? Looks cool, especially the front wheel.
